이 다클론 항체(polyclonal antibody)는 염소 혈청(goat serum)에서 친화성 정제(affinity purification) 과정을 통해 정제되었습니다. 토끼 IgG(rabbit IgG)의 중쇄(heavy chain)와 경쇄(light chain)에 결합합니다.
Anti-rabbit IgG 항체는 다른 종의 면역글로불린(immunoglobulin)에 대한 교차반응성(cross-reactivity)이 테스트되지 않았습니다.
